This August, Bahay Kultura invites young learners to celebrate Filipino culture, language, and traditions through a week of creativity, discovery, movement, and play.
From August 17-21, 2026, campers will experience an engaging and immersive program designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and deepen their connection to Filipino heritage in a fun, welcoming environment.
Whether your child is already part of the Bahay Kultura family or joining us for the first time, Summer Camp is the perfect opportunity to learn, make new friends, and create lasting memories.
What Campers Will Experience
🇵🇭 Culture & History
Through age-appropriate lessons, stories, games, and hands-on activities, campers will explore the rich history, traditions, heroes, celebrations, and cultural practices that make Filipino culture unique.
🗣️ Tagalog Language
Campers will build their Filipino vocabulary and conversational skills through interactive activities, songs, storytelling, and everyday language practice designed to make learning fun and approachable.
💃 Movement & Dance
Children will learn traditional and contemporary Filipino-inspired movement through dance, music, and creative expression. These sessions encourage confidence, teamwork, and cultural appreciation.
🎨 Arts, Crafts & Creative Play
Campers will engage in hands-on projects inspired by Filipino traditions, folklore, and visual arts, allowing them to express their creativity while learning about culture.
☀️ Outdoor Recreation & Games
Summer camp wouldn't be complete without active play. Campers will participate in outdoor activities, team games, and cultural-themed challenges that keep them moving, collaborating, and having fun throughout the week.

Dates: August 17-21, 2026
Location: SYMPHONY • 1516 N. 5th Street #104, Philadelphia, PA 19122
Time: 9AM to 3PM with early care (8:15AM to 9AM) and after care (3PM to 4:30pm) options
Ages: Rising K through 3rd Grade
Space is limited to 15 campers for our inaugural Summer Camp.
